Our Goals
This seems to be developing as we go, but he's what we know:
1. We want to VISIT all of our remaining temples in the US and Canada, and others that we come across along the way. When we visit, we take the time to go inside and participate in an ordinance, rather than just pulling up and taking a picture and moving on. We love this because each temple, while some are similar in layout, have their own unique design, often significant to the history of the area.
2. We want to SERVE. This will vary in each location, but there is an app called Just Serve that lists service opportunities in your area. We plan to use this, along with helping other with family history research in that area, and anything else that comes out way.
3. We want to LIVE simply. While we are tempted to rush from one temple to another, we're resisting that urge to hurry. Life has gotten too crazy and too busy. We want to take it kind of slow, and enjoy the journey.
